Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Integration & Standardization Tracker - Build and maintain a single source of truth for all enterprise and affiliate integration initiatives—timelines, owners, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Translate raw updates into a clean weekly executive brief the COO can hand to the board.

- Capital Approval & Purchasing Process Rollout - Drive rollout of standardized capital/purchasing workflows, forms, and approvals. Track adoption, surface exceptions, and close the loop.
- Run recurring execution cadences: agendas, meeting facilitation, decision logs, action items, and follow-up to closure across corporate and affiliate teams.
- Build and maintain project plans (scope, timeline, milestones, dependencies, and resource assumptions) in Smartsheet.
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and escalate blockers with recommended options—not just flags.
- Produce concise status reports, dashboards, and executive-ready updates suitable for weekly and monthly leadership review.
- Keep project documentation tight and usable: charters, SOPs, workflow maps, RACI matrices, comms plans, and training plans.
- Build strong working relationships across four states and multiple service lines; drive adoption and sustain standard work.
