About the role
Pharmacy Operations and Account Management contributes to Cardinal Health by providing best practice strategies and tactics to control costs, improve workflow and enhance safety for hundreds of hospital and outpatient pharmacies.
Responsibilities
- Project Management support for Outpatient, Specialty and CHC pharmacy solutions
- Operational and administrative support
- Business growth strategy for ambulatory care and specialty pharmacies, client relationship management, metrics reporting, and 340B optimization
- Preparation and presentation of Desktop and Business Development Assessments
- Participation in build/open projects
- Licensing, enrollments, accreditation (URAC/ACHC)
- Specialty support as determined by Specialty Pharmacy Director
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- 8-12 years of experience, preferred
- Ability to travel to multiple locations as required by Business Development and Implementation Director
- Interpersonal relations and customer service skills
- Multitasking and time management skills
- 340B experience
- Demonstrate competency, knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Clear understanding of pharmacy information systems and point of sale for use and reporting
- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE USING COMPASS ROSE, EPIC AND ASEMBIA SOFTWARE
