  • Establish and maintain rigorous project tracking mechanisms to monitor progress, identify deviations, and forecast potential issues.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and generate accurate, detailed progress reports for the Head of Project Management, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.
  • Manage the change control process meticulously, documenting and approving all changes to scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Ensure all manufactured products and associated documentation meet strict quality and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external account customers and internal teams regarding project status.

  • Comply with the company’s safety policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a technical manufacturing environment, preferably within the electrical switchgear, power distribution, or electrical construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing projects focused on product realization and manufacturing process optimization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field (preferred but not required for the right candidate).
  • PMP or equivalent certification (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.

Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in reviewing technical specifications, bills of material (BOMs), and tracking complex production milestones.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, supply chain logistics, and quality control procedures (e.g., ISO standards).
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ERP / MRP systems).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
