About the role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee AV systems integration projects, ensuring they meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction requirements. Key responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing risks, creating schedules, and providing status reports.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and comply with AVI-SPL standard processes and procedures.
  • Be a subject matter expert with contract documents for assigned projects.
  • Facilitate internal and external Project Kickoff meetings.
  • Identify and manage project risks, resolve issues, and communicate concerns to management.
  • Create and manage comprehensive project schedules and coordinate resource scheduling.
  • Manage project expenditures, identify and address financial issues, and provide status updates.
  • Ensure quality of work and raise awareness of potential claims or back charges.
  • Gather and supply close-out documentation to AVI-SPL Service teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and steer project results to meet Net Promoter Score goals.
  • Travel to job sites as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Audio Visual, Construction, Technology, or related industry.
  • Proven project management and team leadership experience.
  • Effective communication and interaction skills.
  • Understanding of revenue, budget, margin, and financial variance factors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MSProject schedule software.
  • Valid Driver’s License and meet AVI-SPL driving standards.

Qualifications

  • Formal education in Audio Visual, Construction, Technology, or related field preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills

  • Comprehension of AV system functionality and installation processes.
  • Formal education in Audio Visual, Construction, Technology, or related field.
  • Knowledge of technical, contractual, and construction documents.

Pay

Min Base: $100k
Max Base: $115k
