About the Role
We are looking for someone who can immediately contribute and reduce workload across existing project teams.
Responsibilities
- Reports into Director of Construction
- Works closely with Superintendents
- Captures and coordinates with Estimating and Operations teams
- Manages client relationships throughout project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Project Management experience with:
- Concrete Construction
- Site Development
- Civil Construction
- Hardscape Construction
- Exterior Construction
Required Skills:
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Client-facing experience
- Budget management
- Change order management
- Submittals
- Procurement
- Schedule management
Preferred Skills:
- Rooftop amenity decks
- Rooftop installations
- Green roofs
- Urban construction
- NYC construction experience
Pay
Salary: $100k-$130k/yr
