Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead and foster a collaborative working relationship across the project team, clients, and consultants
- Develop and manage project fee proposals, including detailed scopes and work plans
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing, and consultant coordination
- Lead contract negotiation and administration
- Maintain quality control and ensure project documentation meets firm standards
- Support marketing and business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations
- Mentor and support the professional development of team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture required
- 10+ years of professional experience across a range of architectural project types
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and lead teams effectively
- Prioritized experience managing project budgets, schedules, staffing, and financial performance
- Thorough understanding of design and construction processes
- Advanced knowledge of sustainability practices, integrated design, and LEED
- Experience with alternative project delivery methods preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint and Microsoft Project preferred
Pay
$105,000 - $140,000 annually
Schedule
Office & Hybrid Hours: Collaborate in-office on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Fridays are hybrid workdays that allow employees to work in the office, from home, or any location they choose. Core work hours are from 9:30 am - 4:00 pm and provide flexibility for employees to structure their schedules around personal commitments and commuting.
