New product introduction
- Maintain processes for efficient, timely, and compliant deliveries from proposal to completion of a project (product ship).
- Facilitate issue resolution between functional areas.
Proposal and Contract Development
- Develop proposals and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions.
Routine Direction and Priorities
- Provide routine direction and priorities across multiple projects.
Status Monitoring and Communication
- Monitor and communicate product introduction schedules and plans.
Project Coordination
- Partner with functional areas to understand new initiatives and projects.
- Evaluate the impact of new initiatives on pending projects and workflows.
- Facilitate the evaluation and analysis of risks for additional commitments.
Customer Interaction
- Ensure customer requirements are identified and communicated, including soft requirements like documentation, process limitations, and quality requirements.
- Champion customer RMAs and complaints for closure.
- Coordinate and facilitate ECN process and product rework.
Sales Projections and DHR Files
- Maintain monthly sales projections for appropriate division.
- Maintain DHR files.
Internal and External Liaison
- Act as internal and external liaison for work in process and customer reorder questions and issues.
Travel
- Occasionally travel to support customer needs and maintain industry knowledge.
Training
- Train others in similar roles once demonstrated competency in the position.
