We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Fortidia. The ideal candidate will focus on driving the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives across our portfolio of brands: AlphaGraphics, PostNet, and World Options.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing and executing technology projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute technology projects to meet project scope, timelines, and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and objectives
• Ensure project deliverables are delivered on time and within budget
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to maintain project integrity
• Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders, including senior management
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a technology or related field
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Schedule

The role offers a hybrid schedule with flexible work from home options on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
