About the role
Allied Global Marketing seeks an experienced Creative Project Manager proficient in team workflow management. Specializing in Film and Television Entertainment, you will be responsible for managing a fast-paced workload involving various clients within the entertainment awards space. Your role includes collaborating with the full staff of Art Directors, Designers, Production Artists, Copywriters, and Proofreaders.
Responsibilities
- Organize the workflow process across various different projects
- Effectively manage staff resourcing on a daily basis through organization of workflow platforms (Wrike and Google Drive), daily regroups, and digital communications
- Serve as a conduit between design staff and management
- Expand own performance/knowledge base to meet the standards of a niche industry
- Work successfully within a larger group setting, with varied personality types, and across timezones
- Leverage AI/automation tools to optimize workflow
- Clear and effective communication skills amid a team environment
- Professional approach to working with people at different levels
- Experience with workflow management, preferably with a creative team within the entertainment marketing industry (film, live entertainment, television/streaming, branding/identity)
- Fluency in Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel), as well as Google Suite, Keynote and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to juggle various tasks at once, across different platforms and administrative duties
- Ability to quickly and flexibly respond to challenges as they arise, without needing ongoing guidance
- Maintain a working knowledge of institutional guidelines for a client or a specific project
Requirements
- Knowledge and/or awareness of FYC/awards campaigns is crucial
- Basic knowledge of workflow software such as Wrike, Basecamp, Monday or Workfront is a plus, but not a requirement

Benefits
- The annual salary for this full time position is $65,000.
- This position will be eligible to participate in the standard benefits offered to full-time employees of Allied Global Marketing (medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance as well as 401k and Flexible PTO).
- We also offer 10 company paid holidays.
