Summary
The Project Manager will lead commercial construction projects from planning through completion, focusing on quality, safety, schedule, and budget performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction environments
- Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, construction drawings, and project delivery processes
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, ProjectSight, or similar systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions in fast-paced construction environments
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred
- PMP or CCM Certification is a plus
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent commercial construction experience will be considered
