About the role

A Project Manager is needed to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of project management success.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution
• Manage team resources and ensure project milestones are met
• Communicate project status to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with project scope, schedule, and budget

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Agile methodologies experience
• Leadership and team building skills

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
