Project Manager
Lead complex utility engineering and infrastructure projects from concept through completion, collaborating with industry experts to drive successful outcomes. Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery to the highest quality standards while serving as a trusted partner to clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, execution, and delivery of utility engineering and construction projects.
- Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor project performance, milestones, and deliverables while proactively identifying and resolving challenges.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, cost estimates, technical reports, and progress updates.
- Analyze project data and technical information to support decision-making and minimize project risks.
- Provide regular status updates to clients, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
- Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders while fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry requirements throughout all project phases.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field from an ABET-accredited institution.
- 8+ years of project management experience overseeing capital projects.
- 8+ years of experience working with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams.
- Demonstrated success managing project schedules, budgets, scopes, and resources across complex projects.
- Strong experience within engineering, utility, infrastructure, construction, or turnkey project environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate multiple solutions and make sound project decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Utility, energy, or infrastructure project experience.
- Commercial construction and turnkey project delivery experience.
- Experience managing large, complex, multi-disciplinary project teams.
- PMP certification or other project management credentials.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $49.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Schedule
This is a contract, hybrid position based in Tulsa, OK. The work environment is a professional engineering office with a business-casual culture, focused on collaboration with engineers, designers, construction professionals, and leadership teams.
