Project Manager
About the role
This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful planning, coordination, and execution of projects. The position requires maintaining control over scope, timelines, and budgets, and producing precise deliverables to support manufacturing quality.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage and collaborate with customers to ensure project success.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects while managing scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Interpret customer specifications and translate requirements into actionable project deliverables.
- Monitor and manage changes affecting project scope, schedule, and cost.
- Produce and deliver accurate drawing packages to manufacturing partners.
- Identify challenges, troubleshoot issues, and make well-informed decisions.
- Uphold and enforce quality standards across all project phases.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Assign and oversee work distributed to engineering and production teams.
- Track project metrics, evaluate outcomes, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of experience managing projects in industrial, manufacturing, or construction settings
- 1+ years of experience reading AutoCAD drawings and specifications
Work Environment
This role is based primarily in an office within a rapidly growing engineering and manufacturing organization. Project Managers spend 75–80% of their time at a desk collaborating with teams, with regular time on the production floor. Customer interaction occurs onsite, with rare travel limited to specialized installation teams. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM, totaling 40-hour work weeks. The team consists of 25 members, reporting to a manager.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 – $120,000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
