Project Manager
Responsibilities
Lead projects from a technical and managerial perspective
Estimate project timelines and costs
Create and manage change orders
Manage client relations to enhance customer satisfaction
Generate and manage project schedules
Work with field supervision to ensure projects remain on track from start to finish
Essential Skills
Previous industrial managerial experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to devise new approaches to solving problems
Strong leadership and excellent project management skills
Ability to work in a time and cost-effective manner
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the oil/gas and energy industry is a plus
General knowledge of industrial piping and millwright projects
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling software (Primavera or Microsoft Projects)
Adherence to quality workmanship standards
Project management skills
BSME, construction, mechanical engineering, project engineering, project coordination, mechanical, estimation
2-year associate degree preferred but not required
Experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing industry
3+ years of experience in a project management role
Work Environment
The Project Manager will be working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Projects is essential.
The role may involve working in various industrial settings, including construction, mechanical engineering, and project engineering.
A professional demeanor and adherence to quality workmanship standards are expected.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dundas, MN.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
