Project Manager Assistant - Expert Excel experience REQUIRED
Job Summary
The Project Manager Assistant is the administrative person for assigned project(s). They ensure all administrative duties are carried out according to contractual obligations and company requirements, including safety, quality, management, and financial performance.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Owning the labor schedule
- Communicating regularly with Project Managers for administrative support
- Working with other departments as needed
- Opening, closing, and tracking projects
- Taking notes at meetings
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Able to organize and prioritize tasks
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Extremely well-organized and able to prioritize tasks
- Self-motivated, positive approach, professional demeanor, and ability to implement process improvements
- Promotes the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients, and business partners
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills, effective reading, writing, and giving oral directions to project personnel
- Experience in customer interface, liaison between customer and Company, and mid-skill level interpreting project documents
- Able to travel within branch or regional territory as needed
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project)
- Effective operation of office equipment and computing devices
- Meets Company minimum driving standards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to identify a project, create a project filing system, develop detailed administrative tasks, and manage these for final record keeping and audit

Min USD $25.00/Hr. Max USD $30.00/Hr.
