About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and goals
- Develop innovative architectural concepts and designs
- Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications
- Conduct site visits and participate in construction meetings
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional architecture experience
- Knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in drafting and detailing
- Experience with sustainable design principles
- Understanding of energy-efficient building practices
- Knowledge of green building certifications such as LEED

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
