Project Manager (Architecture)

About the role

Benchmark Group is seeking a Project Manager for the Architecture team based in Dallas, Texas. Ideal candidates should have a background in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 2 years of work experience in an A/E firm, or a combination of education and experience as specified.

Requirements

• One of the following:
  • A 2-year degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field and 5 years of work experience in an A/E firm.
  • A Bachelor’s degree (BAArch, BSA, BSEE, BSME) from an accredited college or university and 3 years of work experience in an A/E firm.
  • A Journeyman or Master’s license and 2 years of work experience in an A/E firm.
  • 7 years of work experience in an A/E field.
• Understanding of required codes for this position (ICC Building Code, Accessibility Code).
• Applicable work experience using AutoCAD and/or REVIT Architecture/Engineering software.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a creative problem-solving ability with attention to detail. They should also be a dependable team player committed to achieving excellence.

Skills

A strong attention to detail and prior management skills are a plus.
