Project Manager/Architect

Work Environment

This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia and you will be part of the Aviation, Transit and Commercial Buildings team, of the Buildings Sector at EXP.

What a Day at EXP Has in Store for You

• Responsible for managing the design, production, and coordination of projects for projects local to Georgia and nation-wide
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, dynamic presentation abilities, and effective group management
• Primary liaison between clients and EXP project teams, including subconsultants
• Responsible for understanding and negotiating appropriate fees, schedule, and contract terms that are acceptable to the client and beneficial to EXP
• Delivering projects within financial and schedule parameters, and exceeding client expectations
• Participation in business development through market research, meeting with clients, assisting with marketing proposals, and participating in selection interviews

Experience Required

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited University
• Must possess Architectural License or Professional Engineer License
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with the tasks identified above
• Track record of exceptional performance
• Experience in a variety of project market sectors, including Aviation, Rail + Transit, Federal Government, and Higher Education
• Thorough working understanding of the Microsoft suite of products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit capabilities
• Ability to utilize financial management software
• Occasional travel required
