About the Role

The Project Manager directs most phases of planning and management for facility expansions and new environments at Front Porch. This role ensures effective technical oversight, streamlined processes, and successful project delivery from concept through completion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of project planning, tracking, scope, scheduling, contracts, procurement, environmental health and safety (EH&S), quality assurance, engineering, construction, and related project controls across cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Lead, coordinate, and monitor activities of design teams, general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align progress with project goals.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date project status records and construction plans.
  • Monitor project performance to confirm compliance with the project schedule and contract documents.
  • Assess project risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies and issue resolution.
  • Support the selection of designers, contractors, and other project vendors.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Essential: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field or Associate’s degree/two years of college plus two years of related work experience or four years of related work experience.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Credentials: Certified Project Manager (CPM).
  • Essential Work Experience: 10 years leading large capital projects in a private, public, or government sector environment.
  • Preferred Work Experience: 5 years managing construction projects in a Senior Living environment.

Pay

Annual pay range: $150,000 to $165,000.
