Responsibilities
- Visit active residential construction sites daily to monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Pick up and deliver materials to job sites as needed.
- Verify material deliveries and ensure crews have what they need.
- Perform quality control inspections throughout construction.
- Create and manage punch lists before project completion.
- Take progress photos and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Communicate project updates, schedules, and challenges with the office.
- Assist with light construction tasks when necessary.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Learn residential scheduling, budgeting, estimating, customer service, and project management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable truck or SUV suitable for construction sites.
- Basic knowledge of residential construction is preferred but not required.
- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting materials, climbing ladders, and occasionally working in crawlspaces or other confined spaces.
- Ability to occasionally tow trailers or equipment is a plus.

Work Schedule
- Full-time (40+ hours per week)
- Primarily Monday through Friday
- Occasional evenings or weekends may be required based on project needs, inspections, or weather-related activities.
