About the role

The successful candidate will manage and plan projects within US Operations, utilizing AI tools where applicable to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize AI tools to analyze data and inform project decisions
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an operations or similar environment
  • Experience using AI tools to support project planning and execution
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management software
  • Understanding of data analysis and its application to project planning
