Requirements

• Valid F1-OPT, STEM OPT, or CPT status.
• Degree in Engineering Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related/quantitative discipline.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern delivery frameworks (Scrum/Agile) — or practical knowledge of relational databases (SQL), basic programming logic (Python/R), and data visualization.
• Exceptional presentation, conflict resolution, and leadership communication skills (PM/Scrum) — or ability to translate messy business data into actionable visual insights and metrics (Data).
