Project Manager - $40M Multifamily Build - West of Boston

Description

The Project Manager - $40M Multifamily Build will:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution.
• Cookordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks during the construction process.
• Foster strong working relationships with all project stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of project management experience (running work start to finish).
• Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Experience with construction projects in the property industry.
• Must have woodframe multifamily project experience.
• Able to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
