About the Role

This opportunity is for a Senior Project Manager responsible for managing and delivering client-facing projects across the full project lifecycle. The role focuses on ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and meet high-quality standards. This position plays a central role in coordinating communication, aligning cross-functional teams, and supporting strategic project execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the full scope of work across assigned accounts and manage individual project plans accordingly
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align on project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Partner with resource managers to assign project resources and ensure efficient time management throughout the lifecycle
  • Continuously monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope
  • Collaborate with account teams to obtain client approval on project plans when required
  • Prepare for legal and regulatory submissions as part of project execution
  • Work with department leads on forecasting and long-term resource planning
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage complex situations with diplomacy and professionalism
  • Ensure all client requests are captured, executed, and meet or exceed expectations
  • Partner with stakeholders to enforce quality assurance standards and best practices
  • Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues, and coordinate solutions with appropriate stakeholders
  • Serve as the central source of project information for assigned accounts
  • Manage a high volume of work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical advertising or medical education
  • Strong knowledge of project management techniques including strategic planning, risk mitigation, reporting, and resource management
  • Experience managing multiple projects and leading project coordinators
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and quickly learn new technologies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to make sound decisions and resolve issues with minimal supervision
  • Experience working with medical-legal regulatory processes is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
