Project Manager 3

About the Role

Provide senior-level project management for complex, enterprise-level initiatives under the FAST contract. Plan, direct, and coordinate all project activities, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, scheduling, budgeting, resources, risks, and communications.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and align cross-functional teams, vendors, and business units for project execution.
• Monitor project performance, track progress, and escalate/resolve issues and risks as needed.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, meetings, and status reporting for clear communication and transparency.
• Manage project scope changes through formal change control processes, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
• Oversee vendor performance and deliverables when working with external contractors.
• Ensure project activities adhere to policies, state procurement requirements, and FAST contract guidelines.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and fulfill all administrative requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project closure activities, including final reporting, deliverable acceptance, and documenting lessons learned.
• Apply strong project management methodologies (e.g., PMI/PMBOK, Agile, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, policies, and procurement requirements.
