Project Manager 2 - Construction

About the role

Take ownership of facility-focused construction projects that drive real change. In this role, you'll lead site teams, coordinate resources, and manage timelines while ensuring smooth execution from planning through final delivery keeping safety, quality, and collaboration at the core. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgets, schedules, contractors, and stakeholders for construction and renovation projects.
• Lead site teams, coordinate resources, and manage timelines from planning through final delivery.
• Ensure safe, high-quality project execution that enhances the campus environment.
• Perform specialized technical tasks to support operations.
• Work independently while collaborating with team members as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• At least 3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects from planning to closeout, with a focus on timely and on‑budget delivery.
• Understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and technical specifications.
