On-siteInformation TechnologyFull-time

About the role

Kaufman Rossin is seeking a PMO Lead to join our growing Information Technology team. As a SAFe-fluent senior program leader, you will establish and operate KR's technology PMO, coordinating value streams, managing the portfolio Kanban, facilitating PI planning, driving lean business cases, and owning the intake mechanism for business demand. You will partner with the CIO, VP Platform Engineering, and all workstream leads, bringing structure without bureaucracy and being equally comfortable running a PI planning event or building an executive dashboard.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management & Value Stream Coordination
    • Manage portfolio Kanban: live view of all epics, features, and initiatives sequenced against capacity
    • Coordinate value streams: aligning portfolio execution with KR's strategic business goals
    • Manage lean business cases: intake through hypothesis, MVP definition, and investment approval
    • Own rolling 12-month IT program roadmap including deliverables, dependencies, sequencing, and resources
  • Business Intake & Demand Management
    • Design and operate KR's technology intake mechanism: structured triage, scoring, and portfolio prioritization
    • Facilitate intake reviews with VP Platform Engineering and practice leads
    • Track and report demand vs. capacity trends: identify recurring pressure points proactively
  • PI Planning & Agile Release Train Support
    • Support and facilitate ART ceremonies: PI planning events, system demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops
    • Track PI objectives, feature progress, and program risks across all ARTs
    • Remove cross-ART impediments and dependencies that individual Scrum Masters cannot address
  • Governance, Reporting & Stakeholder Updates
    • Maintain consolidated program dashboard: status, milestones, risks, budget, resources
    • Produce bi-weekly program health reports for IT leadership
    • Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for the technology transformation program
    • Own the program-level risk register: probability/impact, owners, mitigations to closure
  • Lean-Agile Coaching & Continuous Improvement
    • Coach leaders, product managers, and Scrum Masters on Lean-Agile mindset and SAFe principles
    • Drive continuous improvement using Lean metrics — flow, time-to-market, value delivered
    • Standardize agile reporting dashboards that inform decisions without micromanaging teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years in PMO, Agile Program Management, or Value Stream role within a scaled agile environment
  • SAFe certification: SPC, SAFe Program Consultant, or SAFe LPM — mandatory for this role
  • Demonstrated PI planning facilitation and ART management experience
  • Proficiency in Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, or Confluence for portfolio tracking
  • Strong budget management, financial forecasting, and executive reporting skills
