Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field, from an accredited college or university required; or, equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
- Three (3) years of professional experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, and/or related experience required; five (5) or more years strongly preferred.
- Foundational knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience supporting projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand business processes and organizational priorities.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Experience working in a PMO environment preferred.
- Experience supporting technology, business transformation, and/or operational projects preferred.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred.
- Agile or Scrum-related certifications a plus.
Physical Demands
- Constantly operates a computer/smartphone/tablet.
- Regularly required to maintain a stationary position, move about the office and the local metropolitan area, determine what others have said or written, and converse with others and exchange accurate information.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about the office and travel locally and nationally; international travel may be required infrequently.
- Also includes occasional bending, stooping, squatting, and/or pushing and pulling, e.g., to pack, unpack, and/or move cases.
- Occasionally required to move, raise, reach, and/or retrieve binders, books, boxes, and files up to ten (10) pounds (lbs.).
- While on travel, may be responsible to move, raise, reach, and/or retrieve luggage weighing as much as 50 lbs.

Pay
PROJECTED ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $69,341.00 –$105,180.00
