Project Manager (Non-Technical) Pay Rate: $60/hour Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension Work Arrangement: Remote; Eastern Time Zone preferred Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility Position Overview Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Temporary Project Manager to lead strategic finance and technology initiatives that deliver measurable business value. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can quickly build partnerships across Finance, IT, Shared Services, and external vendors. The Project Manager will oversee projects from planning through successful deployment, supporting digital finance solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, and enable global business operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital finance transformation projects.Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, Shared Services, and implementation partners.Drive initiatives involving SAP and related finance technologies.Facilitate project governance meetings, executive reporting, and decision-making forums.Support successful deployment, business readiness, and transition to ongoing support teams.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining focus on delivery objectives and business outcomes.Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners.Track project milestones, deliverables, issues, and decisions.Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior business and technology leaders. Required Qualifications At least 5 years of project management experience leading business and technology initiatives.Proven experience delivering finance transformation, ERP, or digital process improvement projects.Strong understanding of finance processes, including:Procure-to-Pay (P2P)Order-to-Cash (O2C)Record-to-Report (R2R)Intercompany processesExperience working in SAP environments.Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), or related solutions.PMP, Agile, or another project management certification.Experience leading projects with global business or technology teams.Background in digital finance transformation or shared services environments.
