Project Management Manager (Client Delivery)
Position Overview
As Project Management (Client Delivery) Manager, you will have overall responsibility for project execution and delivery once a Runway Safe contract is awarded. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects and services, ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and customer commitments from contract signing through handover and aftermarket readiness.

Your Profile
- A structured and accountable leader who takes ownership of delivery outcomes and leads teams through complex project environments.
- Communicates clearly, builds trust with customers and stakeholders, and makes sound decisions under pressure while maintaining a collaborative and execution-focused approach.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or another relevant technical field.
- 7+ years of experience successfully leading project delivery within aviation, airfield infrastructure, industrial systems, or other complex construction or manufacturing environments.
- Proven people leadership experience, including resource planning, coaching, performance follow-up, and team capability development.
- Strong competence and proven skills in project governance, contract and scope management, budget and schedule control, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally and domestically when needed, around 30-40%.
- A valid passport and driver’s license.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment and FBI background checks.
It is considered a plus if you have:
- A Master's degree or specialization within aviation, infrastructure or project management.
- Experience delivering airport safety systems, regulated infrastructure projects, or international delivery programs.
- Knowledge of EMAS, airport operations, and regulated aviation environments such as FAA, EASA, or ICAO.
- Formal certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, OSHA 30-hour, contract management, or Lean/Six Sigma.
Compensation & Schedule for This Role
- The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000.
- Starting salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data.
- In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive and attractive total compensation package, including a generous Benefit Package (Health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and more).
