Project Management Intern- Summer 2027

About the role

Veeam is seeking a Project Management Intern to join our Professional Services team. This role is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week based in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in building and maintaining project schedules and status trackers
• Help prepare project status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes
• Support resource and timeline tracking across multiple active projects
• Cook up logistics for project kickoffs, check-ins, and reviews
• Maintain project documentation and templates in our PM tools
• Track action items, risks, and follow-ups, and help ensure they're closed out on time
• Support process-improvement initiatives within the PMO

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, schedules, and basic PM tools (we'll train you on our specific systems)
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude
• No prior project management or product experience required
