What We Are Looking For

  • Assist with small facility projects, including building repairs, layout changes, and minor structural improvements.
  • Support machine installation activities, including vendor coordination, equipment placement, utilities checks, and documentation.
  • Help manage small tooling projects, such as fixture updates, ergonomic improvements, and simple tooling modifications.
  • Participate in safety improvement initiatives, including signage updates, guarding enhancements, and hazard-reduction tasks.
  • Aid in tracking project tasks, timelines, and action items under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Absorb and prepare project documentation such as scopes of work, checklists, and progress updates.
  • Support contractor coordination, vendor communication, and on-site project activities.
  • Maintain project records, drawings, and documentation in shared systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and EHS teams to ensure project alignment with safety and production needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the plant.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Interest in manufacturing, facility management, or industrial project work.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple small tasks at once.
  • Basic understanding of engineering drawings, equipment layouts, or technical documentation (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn project management tools.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working on the factory floor.
  • A hands-on, proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
