Project Management Consultant - Pharmacy
Job Overview
This position is responsible for project management of designated change initiatives sponsored by a business unit or service line and may be funded partially or fully by a grant or the TriHealth System.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage working relationships with team members and external stakeholders (such as grantors) by building relationships, meeting established milestones and communicating progress and results as indicated in the strategic plan and/or grant application.
- Create and manage project work plans/action registers; including timelines and deliverables.
- Organize, manage and facilitate stakeholders by establishing cross-functional teams, resulting in an integrated final product that supports the goals of the grant.
- Identify, capture, and communicate strategic plan/grant metrics that measure the success of the initiatives outlined by the leadership team.
