About the role
This opportunity resides with Global Security (GS). Mission Technologies’ Global Security (GS) group comprises live, virtual, constructive (LVC) solutions; fleet sustainment; nuclear and environmental; and Australia business.
Responsibilities
- Support the current projects by tracking relevant data and metrics, developing and updating reports, providing administrative and document related support.
- Collaborate with project members and others within the organization to complete their work.
- Prepare and monitor material requisitions and schedules (including logistics).
- Cook up and coordinate across the project team and other internal stakeholders as well as with subcontractors as needed.
- Develop, propose, and implement solutions for material or logistics related issues in order to maintain program and project goals.
Requirements
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
- Candidate must have experience working within SharePoint environments.
- Candidate must have the ability to develop, track, and analyze metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Candidate must have strong familiarity with document control processes and best practices.
- Candidate must have experience working in large cross functional programs and working with customer and subcontractors.
- Candidate must have experience creating, maintaining, and reporting on program or project performance metrics.
- Candidate must have strong ability to communicate within a cross functional and poses good collaboration skills especially with geographically distributed personnel.
Bonus points for having!
- Experience with nuclear manufacturing or the commercial nuclear sector
- Experience supporting multi-million dollar projects and/or program
- CAPM, PMP or other project management certification
- Experience with MS office suite, expertise in excel and PPT, scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera
