Project Management Analyst - Federal Health Logistics

The Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team offers comprehensive support and advisory services to clients across various sectors, including valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, and more. Responsibilities
- Gather, validate, and organize information related to operational problems, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Conduct organizational studies and operational assessments; develop recommendations to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, readiness, and compliance
- Apply mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, and optimization methods to support decision-making, policy formulation, forecasting, anomaly detection, and process improvement initiatives
- Support user acceptance testing, deployment, training, and adoption of dashboards and analytic tools
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, scorecards, and other decision-support products in platforms like Power BI
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in project management and managing multiple priorities in a client-facing environment
- 5+ years of experience working in/with Microsoft Office, Power BI, SQL, data querying and transformation, KPI development, and executive reporting
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to travel 0-30% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of experience in project management, Active Secret security clearance, ability to travel 0-30%, familiarity with relevant software and technologies
- PREFERRED: Familiarity with Army logistics, medical logistics, sustainment, supply chain operations, Palantir Foundry/Advana, SAP modules, data governance, access controls, and cybersecurity constraints in government environments

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range for the Baltimore location is $88,800 to $148,000.
