Program Management Analyst - Federal Health

About the role

rockITdata is seeking a Program Analyst to support a mission-critical Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) program. The role runs the PMO battle rhythm and cross-cutting coordination spanning program management, personnel access, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage action items, meeting minutes, decision logs, and deliverable review cycles
• Maintain program artifacts, schedules, trackers, briefings, risk registers, issue logs, and dependency logs
• Run personnel clearance, credentialing, badging, onboarding, and access-coordination status reporting and escalation
• Support governance reviews, readiness trackers, and executive status materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations, health IT, telehealth, and Federal program management is preferred
• PMP or CAPM preferred

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a Level 3 Public Trust
