About the role

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Management Analyst to support our government clients. The successful candidate will engage in organizational studies, design systems, and streamline procedures, ensuring flawless operations and outstanding efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conducts organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
• Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short/long term organizational growth and success.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Eligible to acquire and maintain Government Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Six (6) years of progressive experience in Information Technology or related field.
• Must be able to work multiple tasks in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and team building skills.
• Proven ability to write comprehensive test plans.
• Ambitious attitude to thrive in a dynamic environment.
