The Opportunity: As a project management analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many projects require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. The real impact of project management comes from ensuring the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. That’s why we need you, a team member that can integrate the expertise of project management analysis to drive program success.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple projects and initiatives
  • Tracking tasks, coordinating schedules, and compiling reports on contract performance
  • Using resources like Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and interacting with the Program Manager, Project Managers, and Program Office, and clients to help keep the team on track to achieve its goals and performance objectives
  • Serving as a liaison across government and contractor teams, ensuring seamless progress and strict adherence to timelines—contributing to the overall alignment with organizational goals

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience assisting with project planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout activities
  • Experience collecting and analyzing project performance and financial data and preparing various reports
  • Experience with stakeholder management and communications
  • Knowledge of project management software and tools
  • Ability to identify risks and implement strategies for mitigation
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program or Project Management, Management, Finance, or Accounting

Skills

  • Experience with HQ USAF, Joint Staff, STRATCOM, or AFGSC
  • Experience building and maintaining an integrated master schedule using MS Project
  • Pay strict attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay

$48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD)

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
