About the role
Parexel has opportunities at the Project Leader (PM), Senior Project Leader (SPM), and Project Director levels for candidates with experience leading global studies in therapeutics including Oncology (Hematology), Respiratory/General Medicine, and Obesity/Endocrine. Selected individuals will provide leadership to project teams and manage day-to-day operations to achieve operational excellence through on-time delivery within budget and to the highest quality, exceeding client expectations.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 2+ years' experience leading global clinical trials in project management within a CRO (preferred), Biotech, or Pharma company
- Experience in project scheduling, managing resources and budgets, and coordinating team activities
- Experience with the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions
- Additional years of experience required for senior roles (Senior Project Leader, Associate Project Director, Project Director)
