Project Lead - Systems

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency
• Design and implement AI solutions aligned with organizational security, governance, and data policies
• Develop and deliver AI solution demonstrations and presentations to management and key stakeholders
• Apply strong expertise in Prompt Engineering to design effective, accurate, and context-aware AI models
• Build and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Agentic AI frameworks (Actions, Topics, orchestration)
• Develop conversational AI and enterprise copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Handle data extraction and data engineering workflows, including processing structured and unstructured datasets
• Integrate systems using REST APIs and enterprise-grade API frameworks
• Design and develop applications using Power Apps and the Power Platform ecosystem
• Utilize Python for AI workflows, automation, and data processing
• Enable AI-driven workflow automation and orchestration across enterprise processes
• Ensure efficient enterprise system integration and scalable architecture design
• Work with Azure cloud platform for deploying and managing AI solutions
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance solutions with strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities

Requirements

• Mandatory expertise in either Java or .NET
• Prior experience in the Banking domain
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Java or software development are a plus
