About the Role
The Contractor shall support the day-to-day activities of the Sponsor, including:
- Providing support in the development and coordination of organizational policies, standards, processes, and procedures.
- Developing milestones and detailed schedules for complex stories at the Sponsor’s request.
- Conducting QA reviews for CSAs and SLAs with the CAM Team to ensure timeliness and quality of the Sponsor’s agreements for projects and services.
- Developing and maintaining documentation that captures the Sponsor’s business processes supporting software build and support services.
- Supporting data calls as requested by the Sponsor.
- Supporting release and configuration management.
- Working closely with the Sponsor and stakeholders to maintain the Product Backlog in alignment with the Agile cadence, ensuring Release and Sprint Backlog items (epics and user stories) are defined with acceptance criteria and prioritized by Mission Partners before each release and sprint.
- Prioritizing development in accordance with the Program Backlog.
