Project Integrator

About the role

The Sponsor creates and releases innovative technology products that drive analytic rigor and insight. The Sponsor requires Contractors to support the visualization and creation of flyers, posters, logos, templates, and complex visuals for marketing and branding materials, as well as video production, animation, story-boarding, illustrations, web design, and installations for IT projects. Design support includes the creation of business products like awards, invites, engravings, web design, and posters that promote the Sponsor’s brand and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sponsor’s interdisciplinary team in executing multiple design projects under minimal supervision.
• Develop, design, produce, and deliver visual products for print, presentation, installation, and web or other digital display.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person visualization and design concept meetings with customers.
• Support event coordination.
• Use standard Sponsor software and adhere to Sponsor standards for design, production, and product handling.
• Develop and maintain skills commensurate with industry-wide best practices.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After-Effects, Media Encoder, Audition, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat Pro.
• Work in graphic design or a similar field.
• Perform web design, web development, and web publishing.
• Facilitate visualization or design concept meetings.
• Create branding and market identity materials.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience developing, designing, producing, and delivering visual products for print, presentation, installation, and web or other digital display for Sponsor officers.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating virtual and in-person visualization and design concept meetings with customers.
• Demonstrated experience supporting event coordination.
• Demonstrated experience using standard Sponsor software, as well as adhering to Sponsor standards for design, production, and product handling.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining skills commensurate with industry-wide best practices.
• Demonstrated experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After-Effects, Media Encoder, Audition, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat Pro.
• Demonstrated experience working in graphic design or in a similar field.
• Demonstrated experience in web design, web development, and/or web publishing.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating visualization or design concept meetings.
• Demonstrated experience in branding and market identity.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship: This position requires US Citizenship. Verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements will be confirmed.
• Security Clearance: The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph. Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.
• Travel: This position is expected to be onsite. The position will be located within the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA). Local travel/POV will be on an as needed basis, within the local place of performance.

Skills

• Communicating IT initiatives to customers to raise awareness and collect feedback.
• Familiarity with the Sponsor's analytic culture and analyst cadre.
• Instructional design, curriculum development, and learning-materials preparation.
• Leading one-on-one IT training sessions and classes to groups of up to 25 students.
• Organizational, cultural, and business-process change management.
• Developing marketing and promotional materials for software applications and features or novel analytic methods.
