Project Information Manager
About the role
The Senior Project Information Manager (PIM) plays a crucial role in managing automation technology for project teams, ensuring efficient project execution and meeting project goals.
Responsibilities
- Promote and ensure effective knowledge sharing behaviors in the use of Fluor's knowledge management portals and communities
- Analyze and develop work processes, and identify desired electronic interactions among clients, partners, contractors, suppliers, and Fluor
- Coverage of automation scope, services, budget, and schedule
- Coordinate design automation kickoff activities and provide cross-discipline automation coordination
- Identify and coordinate automation project turnover and close-out activities
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twelve (12) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to sixteen (16) years if non-degreed
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
- Specialize in facilitating business process management sessions and workshops, data analyst skills, data quality management, business process modeling and management, industry and competitor intelligence, and training courses
- Support Excel To Win (ETW) strategies, Business Transformation & Innovation (BT&I) initiatives
Qualifications
- Eight (8) years of experience in project management or Information Management (IM) lead position
- Three (3) years of experience in Project Information Management/Information Technology/Automation
- Four (4) years of experience in Automation support, Computer Aided Design (CAD) coordination, Project Controls, Engineering, or Procurement/contracts

Market Rate
The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

Salary Range
$103,500.00 - $191,500.00
