Project Hope, Registered Behavior Technician - Part Time

About the role

The Project Hope RBT implements Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming with clients at Westside Children’s Therapy, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role focuses on play-based therapy to support clients in developing a wide variety of skills and exclusively provides services during evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct therapy services for assigned clients and caseload, following programming written by BCBA
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback
• Collect and record data on patient behavior
• Complete and submit required documentation (SOAP notes, etc.) in a timely manner, aligned with Westside's policies and procedures
• Develop strong relationships with children on your caseload and strive to make every session a fun experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active RBT certification upon start

Schedule

Monday through Friday 3 - 7 pm and Saturdays from 8 am - 2 pm

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel to Westside Children's Therapy clinics to provide client coverage as requested or needed.
