Project Health & Safety Professional
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? Probably we should stick to those. We can choose which to include.
We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Skills (or Qualifications), Pay, Schedule.
We could do:
About the role
...
Responsibilities
- ... ...
Skills and Experience
- ... ...
Pay
The salary range for this position ... $80,000-$95,000. ...
Schedule
This is a full-time position ... with 80% travel across the U.S. to various client sites.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must include all details from posting: company description, role description, duties list, skills list, salary, travel, full-time, bonus eligibility, sign-on bonus maybe? The posting mentions: "This role is eligible to participate in the company’s performance-based bonus program. This role may be eligible to receive a sign-on bonus." That's substantive; we should include that maybe under Pay or a separate section? Could add to Pay section. Also mention "excellent career growth, a highly competitive total compensation plan, and a solid benefits package." That's benefits but vague; we could include a Benefits section with that statement? It's not specific but it's substantive: they mention benefits package. However instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. They do state benefits package generally; we could include Benefits with that statement. It's not placeholder; it's a statement. So we could add Benefits section. But we must avoid duplication. Also need to include info about location: based in one of 45 office locations, 80% travel. Also mention that it's full-time. We need to preserve all substantive information; not omit details like "Hold a Board of Certified Safety Professionals credential, such as CSP, ASP, CHST, or OHST." etc. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, legal, cookie/navigation, application instructions, etc. So we must strip those. Let's extract substantive paragraphs: Intro: "Find your path and enjoy the journey at Haley & Aldrich. With us, you’ll tackle clients’ most meaningful challenges in the built and natural environments – and, in turn, build stronger communities. You’ll work with teams of passionate colleagues, driven by a commitment to technical excellence and continuous learning. Join us to accelerate this vision and your professional development. We are looking to add new talent to our growing team! We are currently seeking a Project Health & Safety Professional to work in a technical support role with highly skilled professionals on diverse project teams in a dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing group and company and get involved in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients. This is a full-time position based in one of our 45 office locations, with 80% travel across the U.S. to various client sites. In this field-intensive role, the selected candidate will support health and safety performance on contaminated-site management and environmental-remediation projects across the United States. The candidate will conduct site visits, perform safety audits and assessments, and serve as the onsite safety representative for project teams. This position requires strong field judgment, thorough documentation, and clear communication with employees, clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders." Then duties list (already enumerated). Then Skills/Experience: Minimum Skills and Requirements list, then Preferred Skills, then physical requirements. Then Pay: "The salary range for this position in one of our 45 office locations is $80,000-$95,000. Actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors such as education, related work experience, certificates, skills, and current market conditions. Haley & Aldrich reviews salary ranges each quarter to assess competitiveness with the market. This role is eligible to participate in the company’s performance-based bonus program. This role may be eligible to receive a sign-on bonus." Then About Haley & Aldrich: description of company, mission, history, etc. That's substantive but maybe could be part of About the role or separate? Could be "About Haley & Aldrich". But we only have headings list; we could include "About the role" covering intro and company description. However the "About Haley & Aldrich" paragraph is separate; we could incorporate into About the role. Then EEO statement etc to remove. Also "We offer excellent career growth, a highly competitive total compensation plan, and a solid benefits package." That's benefits statement. Also "Interested candidates should apply on our Careers page." and note to external search firms etc - remove. Thus final HTML:About the role
