Project Fielding Coordinator / Senior Fielding Coordinator

About the role

Sommer Consulting is seeking a Project Fielding Coordinator or Senior Fielding or Senior Fielding Coordinator to join our Healthcare Market Research Team. As a Sommer Consulting Fielding Coordinator, you will be responsible for the managing of the recruitment of individual interviews and focus groups for research studies. This position will serve as a liaison between recruitment partners and our project team members to ensure timely and efficient execution of research projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective recruitment strategies to reach the target respondents
• Evaluate screeners and provide recommendations to ensure effective identification of qualified respondents and alignment with project requirements
• Coordinate interviews and logistics in alignment with research project timelines and objectives
• Monitor complex recruitment quotas and proactively communicate fieldwork progress, potential challenges, and recruitment requirements to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination of recruitment activities and successful delivery of research projects
• Establish and manage professional relationships with vendors and partners
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in accordance with company policies, and applicable research, privacy, and data-protection standards
• Stay up to date with recruitment trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive in the health insights recruitment market
