Job Description Everforth ECS is seeking a Project Coordinator Senior to work in the Orlando, Florida area. Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. The Program Coordinator Senior provides comprehensive administrative and programmatic support to ensure efficient operations, timely completion of deliverables, and effective communication across the organization. This role serves as the central point of coordination for scheduling, documentation, correspondence, and process management. Key Responsibilities To Include Track all programmatic suspenses, taskers, and administrative actions to prevent delays to technical deliverablesMaintain accurate and current office suspense trackerEnsure on-time completion of all leadership-directed taskersMaintain a centralized action-item and tasker tracker with 100% accountabilityDocument responsible party, due date, and disposition for each itemProvide regular status updates to leadershipImmediately escalate at-risk suspenses to appropriate stakeholdersSchedule and coordinate program meetings and government engagementsPrepare comprehensive read-ahead packages for all meetingsDocument meeting outcomes, including decisions and action itemsCapture and integrate meeting outputs into the action-item trackerPrepare official correspondence, taskers, and briefing products in accordance with AR 25-50Conduct quality checks prior to government leadership reviewEnsure all products meet formatting, staffing, and records-management standardsOrganize, version-control, and maintain program documentation and recordsEnsure compliance with Department of Defense records-management policiesMaintain documents in audit-ready and retrievable formatIdentify opportunities for coordination, workflow, and administrative improvementsRecommend solutions that reduce labor hours, eliminate duplication, or shorten cycle timesDocument process improvement recommendations in monthly status reportsOn-time completion rate of leadership-directed taskers100% accountability of suspense items in tracking systemAccuracy and currency of office suspense trackerCompliance rate with correspondence and documentation standards Required Skills Active Secret ClearanceMinimum of 6 years of experience supporting acquisition or contracting activities within a DoD or Federal environment Development and review of acquisition documentation (SOWs, PWSs, IGCEs) Market research and acquisition planning Contract action and deliverable tracking Proposal evaluation support Coordination with contracting offices and technical teams Desired Skills Familiarity with Agile methodologies ECS Federal LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis any characteristic protected by law.
