Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Utilize mastery knowledge of applicable systems design, such as HVAC, plumbing, etc., to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular project status updates to clients and leadership, ensuring all parties are informed of progress and any potential issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet project goals and objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintain solid client relationships, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Manage budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. to ensure financial success of projects.
  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and to resolve any arising issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.
  • Mastery knowledge of applicable systems design, such as HVAC, plumbing, etc.
  • Proven experience in managing engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Excellent client management skills with a proven track record of maintaining solid client relationships and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and legal regulations.
