Project Executive - Healthcare

About the role

Knutson Construction is seeking a Project Executive - Healthcare to join their team in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and oversight for the successful day-to-day operations of healthcare construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead effective teams to produce results while providing successful oversight and direction in safety, financial, subcontractor, and team management.
• Lead by example in maintaining Knutson's Zero Incident safety culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and team members.
• Manage project financials and ensure compliance with Knutson's standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Business Development to position Knutson for project opportunities.
• Participate in community and industry events to build professional networks and promote Knutson Construction.
• Lead career fair and candidate interview events to grow the Knutson team.
• Participate in scheduled and as-needed safety training.

Requirements

• Four-year Construction Science/Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 to 15 years of responsibility for the total execution of large commercial construction projects (Healthcare).
• Advanced experience and knowledge of successfully delivering commercial construction projects through estimating, means and methods, accounting, project administration, sustainability measures, and industry practices.
• Experience managing Superintendents, Project Managers, and Project Support staff.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.

Pay

Projected Minimum Base Salary per year: $167,000
Projected Maximum Base Salary per year: $261,000
