Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Engineers, and Operations staff.
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Coach emerging leaders and support succession planning across the organization.
Foster employee engagement, professional development, and long-term career growth.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
Serve as the executive point of contact for strategic projects and client partnerships.
Lead executive-level communications, problem resolution, and project reviews.
Ensure transparency, trust, and alignment throughout project execution.
Operational & Financial Oversight
- Provide executive oversight of multiple projects, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.
Monitor project health, resource allocation, risk exposure, and operational efficiency.
Support project teams in resolving complex contractual, technical, and operational challenges.
Drive consistency through best practices, standardized processes, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive construction management experience.
5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple projects and teams.
Proven success managing large, complex construction projects and client relationships.
Strong leadership, coaching, communication, financial, and problem-solving skills.
